Sizing yourself up can be a little tricky, particularly with Lever belts - but we've made this guide to make it super simple and ensure you get a belt that's going to do the job. Please take a couple of minutes to read below our 3-step process!
Step 1. Measure the circumference of your waist around the navel as pictured below. This measurement should be a "relaxed" measurement.
Step 2. Subtract 10cm or 4" inches from your "relaxed" measurement.
Step 3. On the product page, there is a 'Size Chart', which has the corresponding sizes. These sizes are for the entire range of the belt from very smallest to very biggest setting. We suggest aiming to fall in the middle somewhere.
Keep in mind: when bulking or cutting down your waist can fluctuate and this will play a part in which size you choose. If you're cutting it is always best to select the size down & vice versa.
Example: Sam measures his waist around the navel. His relaxed measurement is 104cm (41"). Remove 4" inches or 10cm from this measurement, which gives him 94cm (37").
Sam heads on over to our size chart page to look up where 94cm (37") is on the product size chart. The chart suggests he is at the very maximum range of the medium belt, or in the middle of a large.
Sam would fit into either a medium or large size belt.
If he was going to be:
- Cutting down, he would select the medium belt.
- Bulking up, he would select the large belt.
- Stay roughly the same, he would select the large.
