This is the reason, why new wraps are mixed. I like to squat with METAL TRIPLE BLACK LINE WRAPS because it stops squat on the bottom, but I was thinking, how to get more pop up, so I tried to roll first METAL TRIPLE BLACK LINE WRAPS and continued wrapping with the METAL SILVER WRAPS, it worked very well and in the same time I got an idea to roll SILVER part crossed on the knee. I felt this is perfect.
How to use:
The wrap is rolled tightly with wrap roller, starting from the black end, so that the white part of the wrap comes to surface. Knee wrapping is started from the lower part of the knee and is wrapped firmly evenly around to the top of the knee, until the black part of the wrap is used. The black part of the wrap is wrapped tightly across over the knee cap from the top down, and vice versa.
Note! Before the wrapping is started, the thigh must be flexed so that the knee is locked and keep it locked during the knee wrapping. This is to prevent knee injuries.
