Use the contact form or chat feature to let us know the products you require and your location, we will get back in touch with a shipping quote, if this is acceptable to you we will raise an invoice via PayPal and once funds are received we will ship your items the same day.
Where is my order?
The majority of orders are sent using a tracked courier service, after checkout you will receive an email from them with tracking instructions, you can then find out where you parcel has got to (this make take 24 hours from despatch depending on the courier).
If you registered a customer account during checkout you may log back in and use the orders history facility to trace the progress of all your orders.
Why do you charge postage for smaller orders?
We would love to offer free postage for all orders but to help us keep our costs down so we can keep our prices low, we do need to make a small charge for smaller orders, based on total weight. We have to pay similar charges from our distributors but we never hide these costs in our prices.
An item is damaged or not as I ordered, how do I arrange to return it?
If you registered a customer account during checkout you may log back in and use the returns facility available from your order history. Don't worry if you didn't setup an account, just use the contact us form and send us a few details and we will issue you with a returns number/label.
Cancellation & Items no longer required
Orders cancelled after the dispatch of goods will be refunded only once the items are returned to us, and will be subject to a deduction for postage and packaging costs. Items must be returned within 14 days from receiving the goods. The customer will be responsible for the safe return of the goods. In all instances, goods must be returned as new, with no blemish, defect or parts missing, neither must the outer packaging show any damage or be defaced in anyway.
Items may be exchanged for a different size, provided they are returned to us within 14 days from receiving the goods. The customer will be responsible for the safe return of the goods, and an additional postage and packaging charge at the relevant rate. In all instances, goods must be returned clean and unused with no blemish, defects or parts missing.
